Accounting Support
- Assist in data entry for accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
- Issue and process invoices, receipts, and payments
- Reconcile bank statements and company expenses
- Prepare basic financial reports and summaries
- Support monthly closing and audit processes
Administrative Support
- Maintain proper filing of financial and administrative documents
- Assist with stock checks, petty cash handling, and office supplies
- Liaise with vendors and clients on payment-related matters
- Schedule meetings and support office coordination
Compliance & Record Keeping
- Ensure documents are organized and comply with accounting standards
