CSM Engineering Hardware (M) Hiring! Full Time Customer Service Representative in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 2,300 - Ricebowl

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Attend to all customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and send quotations to customers based on their requirements and specifications.
• Ensure all quotations are accurate, timely, and aligned with company pricing and margin guidelines.
• Proactively follow up on pending quotations to determine status, clarify customer needs, and increase closing rates.
• Liaise with relevant departments (logistics) to coordinate product availability and delivery.
• Ensure timely issuance of Delivery Orders (DO) and coordinate smooth delivery to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
Candidates with SPM/STPM qualification and relevant working experience in B2B sales.

COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENT

• Familiar with email platforms.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp Business for customer engagement and follow-up.

OTHER SKILSS REQUIREMENT

• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Experience in B2B sales or hardware industry is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
