Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced and safety-conscious Bulldozer Operators to join our dynamic team on key infrastructure and marine development works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate bulldozers efficiently and safely for earthmoving, land clearing, grading, and slope work.
• Support dredging and reclamation activities, including embankment construction, shoreline protection, and breakwater preparation.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and report equipment malfunctions.
• Read and interpret site plans, drawings, and project instructions.
• Collaborate with site supervisors, engineers, and ground crews to ensure efficient project execution.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3+ years preferred) operating bulldozers in civil, marine, or dredging construction environments.
• Valid heavy equipment operator certification/license.
• Familiarity with GPS-guided equipment and machine control systems is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of site safety and operational procedures.
• Ability to work in remote and coastal/marine site conditions.
• Physically fit and able to work long hours in demanding environments.
• Team player with good communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

• Bayan Lepas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
