Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for restaurants, catering, banquets, and special events.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, corporate accounts, and business partners.
• Conduct sales calls, client visits, and site inspections.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and event orders.
• Coordinate with the F&B Operations, Kitchen, Banquet, and Finance teams to ensure smooth event execution.
• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed business.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
• Assist in planning and executing F&B promotions, festive campaigns, and special events.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and revenue reports.
• Ensure timely collection of deposits and payments where applicable.
• Provide post-event follow-up to obtain guest feedback and encourage repeat business.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality, hotel, F&B, catering, or events.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Knowledge of hotel PMS, POS, or sales systems is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
