Responsibilities
Register patients and maintain accurate patient records.
Schedule and manage patient appointments.
Answer phone calls and attend to patient inquiries professionally.
Assist doctors during consultations and medical procedures when required.
Prepare and issue bills, receipts, and collect payments.
Update and maintain patient information in the clinic system.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the clinic.
Monitor and manage medical supplies, equipment, and inventory.
Provide basic information and assistance to patients regarding clinic procedures.
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
Work Location: In person
