Responsibilities
1. Develop, review, and optimize production processes to improve yield, quality, and productivity.
2. Analyze process data and identify causes of defects, downtime, or inefficiency.
3. Support troubleshooting of production issues and implement corrective actions.
4. Prepare and update process documents such as SOPs, work instructions, and process flow charts.
5. Work with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams on process improvements.
6. Monitor process parameters and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
7. Lead or support continuous improvement projects such as Lean 8. Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and cost-reduction activities.
9. Support new product introduction, equipment qualification, or process validation when required.

Requirements
1. Diploma or degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
2. 1–3 years of manufacturing experience is often preferred (entry-level roles may accept fresh graduates).
5. Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
6. Familiarity with manufacturing environments such as electronics, plating, metal finishing or assembly can be an advantage.

7. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
