Key Responsibilities:

• Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products.
• Use precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and gauges.
• Conduct sampling and testing according to established QC plans.
• Record inspection results accurately and maintain QC documentation.
• Prepare inspection reports and highlight non-conformances.
• Ensure traceability of inspection records.
• Identify, document, and segregate defective or non-conforming products.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
• Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions (CAPA).
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Suggest improvements to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
• Participate in internal audits and quality review meetings.
• Ensure inspections comply with customer requirements and company quality standards.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
• Experience in QC/inspection in precision metal fabrication, stamping, machining, or assembly.
• Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001 is an advantage.
• Proficient in using precision measuring tools and inspection equipment.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
• Willing to work at Nibong Tebal, Penang
