Job Responsibilities

• Operate, program, and maintain robotic automation systems.
• Support automation projects and identify opportunities to improve production efficiency.
• Collaborate with vendors to optimize robotic and automated equipment.
• Analyze and improve manual production processes using jigs, fixtures, and ergonomic solutions.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve cycle time.
• Monitor daily production performance and resolve process bottlenecks.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and production targets.
• Support production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and ergonomic requirements.
• Conduct safety training and promote safe work practices.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of manufacturing experience in manual and automated production environments.
• Hands-on experience with robotics, automation systems, or industrial equipment.
• Knowledge of powder coating, stamping, or assembly processes is an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and process improvement skills.
• Familiar with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
