Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Must make sure accounts database is properly updated daily (new contracts or job sales)
2. Preparing and maintaining company’s service agreement with client.
3. Ensure all company policy and standard operation procedures for sales documentation are being implemented and adhered to
4. Answer all incoming sales related calls
5. Prepare relevant documents and correspondence eg renewal contract, including correspondences for General Manager, Admin, Business Development Manager.
6. Maintain a good filing system.
7. Prepare minutes of sales meeting.
8. Prepare sales and service claims monthly before 5th and 20th then submit to General Manager for approval and pass to finance before forward to HQ
9. To collect daily sales plan and report, organize weekly forward plan from Business development executive for Business Development Manager.
10. To collate the sales performance, monthly sales report, monthly sales forecast, field accompaniment checklist & summary, monthly sales recruitment/leave, and submit to BDM at the end of the month
11. To open a new data entry for every new contract in the database, allocate service card and pass to Service Dept
12. To fill in prevention termination form upon receipt of termination letter or verbally terminate and pass to General Manager / Business Development Manager.
13. To prepare withdrawal form upon termination or reduce in units / frequency of service and pass to Service Dept
14. Backup and assist the service clerk, when necessary
15. Attend to telephone enquiries professionally on request for service (when relieving service clerk) and customers enquiries
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
