Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ensure products are produced according to the established Production schedule and maintain accurate records of final production output, including damaged packaging and rejected materials.
2. Track reworked products and semi-finished goods inventory at the end of each production run, and maintain detailed records of rework activities, including reasons, actions taken, quantities, and recommendations.
3. Maintain comprehensive batch manufacturing records, documenting the batch number, size, manufacturing date, expiry date, and pack size.
4. Ensure production personnel compliance to good personal hygiene practices before entering the work area and confirm that only healthy staff are permitted in the working area.
5. To ensure that the production personnel to keep their personal hygiene must be keep good at all times before going back to the work area and/or before starting work and only healthy staff are allowed to enter working area.
6. Strictly enforce compliance to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) among all production staff.
7. Maintain an updated inventory of materials and spare parts for machinery, ensure that tools are clean and store in designated areas, ensure that all operational areas are free of leaks and hazards, including proper electrical wiring to prevent unwanted accident that will affect the personnel, machinery and product.
8. Ensure that all rejected materials, damaged materials, unwanted materials and production waste are placed in the plastic bags, tied, and disposed properly according to the sop.
9. Conduct periodic calibration of all machines and establish a preventive maintenance schedule for all machinery and equipment.
10. Ensure that proper pest control program is done by appointed pest control is according to the contract and schedule.
11. To continually train the relevant below staff or other department relevant to the production to ensure consistent and continuous understanding among staff.
12. Ensure operators follow established procedures and guidelines when using machinery, and verify that lubricants and materials use for maintenance comply with Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS) standards and Malaysian food regulations.
13. Establish and implement a thorough cleaning schedule at the start and at the end of production runs, maintaining cleanliness in all production areas, including the washing area and changing rooms.
14. Work together with the QC Executive in implementation of the quality management system, including GMP.
15. To ensure that the products are produced and stored accordingly.
16. To conduct production activities, such as blending, filling, packaging etc., as per SOPS/ BMRS.
Requirements :
Job Type: Contract
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
