An Operations Executive in the cleaning industry manages day-to-day cleaning operations across multiple client sites. They are responsible for client satisfaction, manpower planning and rostering, quality control, and staff training to ensure service standards and safety KPIs are met.
Core Responsibilities
- Manpower Management: Handle staff scheduling, rostering, and attendance monitoring to ensure adequate deployment across all sites.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct routine site inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met and service agreements are fulfilled.
- Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients to address feedback, resolve operational issues, and discuss service improvements.
- Staff Training: Provide on-the-job training for cleaners regarding proper cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and equipment usage.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to local safety regulations and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Key Requirements & Skills
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in the cleaning industry, facilities management, or a related supervisory role.
- Leadership: Strong ability to manage, motivate, and handle a team of cleaning personnel.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with diverse staff and corporate clients.
- Problem-Solving: Strong decision-making skills to manage emergency requests and resolve site-level conflicts under pressure.
- Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and email for generating reports and maintaining documentation.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
