1. Administrative Support
- Prepare and process warehouse documents such as delivery orders, invoices, and packing lists
- Maintain proper filing and records for all warehouse activities and shipments
- Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound deliveries
2. Data Entry & Inventory Management
- Update stock information in the warehouse system accurately
- Record stock movements, returns, and adjustments
- Generate basic inventory and delivery reports when required
3. Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with suppliers delivery partners, and internal teams (Purchasing, Sales, Finance)
- Support resolution of stock or delivery issues
- Assist in warehouse stock count and audit activities
4. Document Control & Compliance
- Ensure all documentation follows company policies and audit requirements
- Verify stock against delivery documents before and after dispatch
- Assist in identifying and reporting stock discrepancies
5. General Warehouse Support
- Provide administrative support during peak periods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse office area
- Support basic warehouse operational tasks when needed
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative or clerical roles (preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and warehouse/inventory software systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, stock handling, or logistics processes.
- Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Basic understanding of inventory control and documentation practices.
- Team player with a proactive and responsible work attitude.
