Position : Business Development (Software Solutions)
Salary : RM 5,000 - RM 7,000
Location : 8trium, Bandar Sri Damansara
Working Hours : 10am – 6pm (Monday – Friday)
Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Development Executive (Software Solutions) to drive new business growth, acquire clients, and promote software solutions tailored to customer needs. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities, and achieving sales targets in a competitive tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key decision-makers
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and respond to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders
- Conduct presentations, product demos, and sales meetings with potential clients
- Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Work closely with technical and project teams to ensure successful solution delivery
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and reports
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to generate leads
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in business development, IT sales, or software/technology solutions sales
- Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and closing deals
- Experience in handling proposals, RFPs, RFQs, or tender submissions is required
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
