Role & Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential exhibitors, beauty brands, retailers, distributors, and lifestyle companies.
• Generate leads and secure booth sales for KL Beauty Week.
• Pitch sponsorship and brand partnership opportunities to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and marketing teams.
• Arrange meetings and presentations with potential partners.
• Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline.
• Work closely with the KL Beauty Week team to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in B2B sales, event sales, sponsorship sales, media sales, or business development.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Existing network within beauty, wellness, retail, FMCG, lifestyle, or marketing industries is an advantage.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
