Position: Temporary Special Needs Educator at KLC Resource Centre located in Subang Jaya
Start Date: Immediate

Job Responsibilities

• Provide educational support and guidance to children with special educational needs.
• Plan and deliver individualized learning activities based on students' abilities and goals.
• Support students' social, emotional, communication, and behavioral development.
• Monitor student progress and maintain basic records and observations.
• Work collaboratively with parents, therapists, and other educators when required.
• Ensure a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
• Assist with classroom management and daily student routines.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with children with special needs is preferred.
• Patient, compassionate, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
