We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, and supporting the overall finance function to ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries accurately and timely.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with month-end closing.
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in audit preparation and liaise with external auditors when required.
• Support budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial analysis.
• Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficient in accounting software (SQL) and Microsoft.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
