Responsibilities
Role Description
* Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the healthcare sector.
* Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and procurement managers.
* Conduct product demonstrations and provide in-depth product knowledge to prospective clients.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor products
* Attend industry conferences, workshops, and seminars to network and promote company products.
* Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
* Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer loyalty and retention.
* Work with the sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
* Plan work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables with the area sales team, or discuss future targets with the area sales manager
Qualifications
* Sales Skills, Negotiation Skills, and Customer Relationship Management skills
* Product Knowledge and Presentation Skills
* Market Research and Analysis skills
* Knowledge of MS Office
* Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
* Ability to travel frequently
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience in medical sales or the healthcare industry is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Medical Science, Business, Marketing, or related field
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
