Key Responsibilities

Plan and supervise civil works for logistics facilities (warehouses, container yards, loading bays, internal roads, parking areas).

Prepare, review, and update technical drawings (shop drawings and as-built drawings).

Prepare quantity take-offs (BQ), cost estimates, and project budgets.

Supervise contractors and subcontractors at the project site.

Ensure all works comply with technical specifications, safety standards, and applicable regulations.

Manage and monitor project progress to ensure alignment with the established schedule.

Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, safety (HSE), procurement, and logistics.

Conduct quality inspections on workmanship and construction materials.

Identify technical risks and propose appropriate engineering solutions.

Prepare regular project progress reports and technical documentation.

Support improvement works and upgrading of existing logistics infrastructure.

Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety & Health (OSH/HSE) requirements.

Scope of Logistics Civil Engineering Works

Warehouse structures (slab on grade, racking foundations, mezzanine floors)

Access roads and pavement for heavy vehicles

Drainage systems and flood control

Container yards and loading/unloading areas

Earthworks and building foundations

Basic utility infrastructure

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
