Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting data entry (AP/AR, invoicing, payments).

• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and bank reconciliations.

• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.

• Support in stock and inventory records when needed.

• Liaise with internal teams and external parties (e.g. suppliers, auditors).

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Accounting or related field.

• At least 2 year of working experience in a similar role is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g. SQL, Autocount).

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
