Job Summary

The HR Executive is responsible for supporting and managing various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, performance management, training and development, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The role ensures smooth HR operations and contributes to creating a positive and productive workplace environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer preparation.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.

Employee Relations

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related issues.
  • Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and employee grievances.
  • Support employee engagement and wellness initiatives.

HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR correspondence.
  • Manage leave, attendance, and employee data systems.

Payroll & Benefits

  • Assist with payroll processing and verification of employee data.
  • Administer employee benefits, insurance, and statutory contributions.
  • Coordinate with finance and external vendors regarding payroll matters.

Performance Management

  • Support performance appraisal processes and employee evaluations.
  • Monitor probation reviews and employee confirmations.
  • Assist managers in implementing performance improvement plans.

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
  • Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Support career development and succession planning initiatives.

Compliance & Policies

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Support audits and regulatory reporting requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources (entry-level positions may consider fresh graduates).
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR software systems.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
