About Your Role

As an IT Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, security, and reliability of the company's IT infrastructure and systems across office and site locations. You will provide technical support, manage IT assets and infrastructure, coordinate system maintenance and upgrades, and support business operations through effective troubleshooting and technology solutions. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and provide support whenever critical IT issues arise.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily administration and support for IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud systems, storage, and backup solutions across office and site locations.
• Manage, configure, and troubleshoot IT hardware, software, network systems, servers, printers, and related technologies to ensure operational continuity.
• Develop, maintain, and update technical documentation, user manuals, workflows, procedures, and IT guidelines in accordance with company SOPs.
• Coordinate and implement IT equipment installations, system upgrades, and configuration changes based on maintenance schedules and business requirements.
• Conduct and support system integration testing, ensuring issues are resolved, revisions are validated, and outcomes are properly documented.
• Provide standby and after-hours support for system maintenance activities, infrastructure upgrades, and critical incident resolution when required.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, software licenses, inventory movements, and equipment disposal in compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience in IT infrastructure, network support, or system administration environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
• Willingness to travel to project sites, branch offices, plantations, and outstation locations as required.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
