Job Description

Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Assist in payroll tasks including attendance checking, data entry, payslip preparation, and statutory contributions
  • Assist in documentation and correspondence such as letters, memos, reports, filing, and record management
  • Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, interview arrangements, and preparation of offer letters
  • Assist in employee onboarding, induction sessions, and general HR administration tasks
  • Ensure accuracy of data entry and maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements at all times
  • Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by management

REQUIREMENT :

  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Office Management or related field
  • Good communication skills and able to work in a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle confidential information
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM300.00 per month

Work Location: In person
