Location: Johor Bahru, Johor
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,000 per month
Overtime: Available and paid according to company policy

Job Summary

StarMedi Sdn Bhd is looking for a responsible and hardworking Packing Operator to support our daily production and fulfillment operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for packing products, preparing customer orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring cleanliness and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack products according to company standards and specifications.
• Label, seal, and prepare products for shipment.
• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately.
• Assist with stock receiving, stock counting, and inventory management.
• Ensure products are packed neatly and safely to prevent damage.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area and warehouse.
• Report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or quality issues to supervisors.
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods when required.
• Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality control procedures.
• Support other operational and warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in packing, warehouse, production, or logistics is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to handle light to moderate lifting.
• Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
