Component (Comp) Area

• Comp Equipment Technician / Engineer – 16
• Comp Test Process Engineer – 2
• Comp Test Engineer – 2

Module (MOD) Area

• MOD Equipment SMT6 Technician / Engineer – 4
• MOD Equipment SLT Technician / Engineer – 3
• MOD Test Process Engineer – 2
• MOD Test Engineer – 4

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule (4 days on, 2 days off).
• Able to work in a semiconductor cleanroom and air-conditioned manufacturing environment.
