Job Summary
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by promoting Warnakids products, programs, and events to customers, schools, and partners. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, building client relationships, supporting marketing initiatives, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with the Marketing, and Event teams to deliver impactful campaigns and ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and networking.
- Promote Warnakids products, programs, and services to customers and partners.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team revenue goals.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, schools, and business partners.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Provide after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Marketing & Promotion Support
- Support marketing campaigns, roadshows, and promotional activities.
- Assist in executing digital and on-ground marketing initiatives.
- Provide market feedback and customer insights to improve offerings.
4. Event Support & Execution
- Assist in planning and executing events, exhibitions, and workshops.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners for event logistics.
- Support event setup, operations, and on-site sales activities.
- Conduct post-event follow-ups and assist in evaluating event success.
5. Budget & Coordination
- Assist in managing event and promotional budgets together with the Marketing team.
- Source and negotiate with vendors for cost-effective solutions when required.
Qualifications :
- At least a recognized Degree in Business and Marketing or equivalent
- At least 1 years experience in the same field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and closing skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
