Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Production Assistant to join our team.

The role focuses on data entry, inventory record keeping, and product information maintenance to support daily operations and ensure accurate stock records.

This position is suitable for candidates who are comfortable working with data, Excel, and structured processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory & Stock Management-

• Perform stock-in procedures according to SOP
• Maintain stock receiving records and inventory lists
• Assist in stock movement tracking and stock reconciliation

Product Data Entry-

• Update and maintain product catalogue records
• Input and manage product information according to company standards
• Assist in product classification and supplier code mapping

Tagging & Traceability-

• Prepare product tags and barcodes
• Ensure correct matching between physical stock and system records
• Support basic traceability and stock identification tasks

Process & Documentation-

• Follow SOPs and operational procedures
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of inventory records
• Assist in data checking and correction work
• Support stock audit and verification exercises

System Support-

• Key in and maintain inventory data in Excel and company systems
• Assist in data preparation for system updates and improvements
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or Diploma (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
• Required languages: Mandarin (for liaison with vendors and suppliers from China), Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Basic Microsoft Excel and data entry skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to follow instructions
• Willing to learn and work in a structured environment
• Good teamwork attitude
• Experience in inventory, admin, retail, or data entry is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
