The Role

You will be the operational backbone of the Product Team, ensuring projects, documentation, meetings, and administrative processes run smoothly. Your work will enable Product Managers and stakeholders to focus on strategic initiatives while you keep the team organised, aligned, and on track.


Key Responsibilities

1. Product Administration

  • Maintain and organise product documentation, specifications, and project files.
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Update and manage task boards, project management tools, and reporting dashboards.
  • Ensure product records, documents, and databases remain accurate and up to date.


2. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Assist in gathering information, compiling reports, and coordinating project updates.
  • Support communication between teams to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives.


3. Administrative Support

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Assist with administrative requests related to product projects.
  • Support process and update of system


What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, project coordination, operations, or product support role.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
