We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant to work closely with our Business Development team in positioning Neuron Solutions’ technology and managed services portfolio. This role will engage directly with enterprise customers, understanding their business challenges and aligning Neuron’s offerings -including SOC-as-a-Service, turnkey IT solutions, managed services, and automation - to deliver measurable value.
Key responsibilities
1. Client engagement & solutioning
- Support the BD team in discovery sessions, capturing requirements, and translating them into tailored solution proposals.
- Deliver compelling solution presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to articulate business value.
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, mapping Neuron’s offerings to customer challenges.
2. Proposal development & bid support
- Lead the preparation of proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and tender submissions.
- Ensure solution designs are commercially viable, technically sound, and aligned with client expectations.
- Build and maintain reusable pre-sales assets including templates, case studies, and solution frameworks.
3. Market & solution intelligence
- Track competitor positioning and industry trends to strengthen Neuron’s solution story.
- Provide feedback to product and delivery teams on market demands and solution enhancements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on cybersecurity, managed services, automation, and emerging tech.
4. Collaboration & enablement
- Partner with delivery, operations, and technical SMEs to validate solution feasibility, pricing, and delivery scope.
- Support BD with pipeline reviews, opportunity tracking, and preparation of management review materials.
- Contribute to building a knowledge base for solutions and client case studies across Neuron’s service lines.
Qualifications & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 4–8 years’ experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or business/technical analyst roles within IT services or enterprise solutions.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise IT, cybersecurity (SOC, SIEM, endpoint), cloud, or managed services.
- Proven experience presenting to and influencing C-level and senior stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical solutions into business value.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a consultative mindset.
