We are currently looking for talented individuals to join us for below role

Receptionist

We are currently based at KL Eco City, Malaysia.

  • Front of House (FOH)
    • Maintain a tidy, organized reception and FOH area.
    • Greet visitors and employees professionally; assist with queries and requests.
    • Notify the host upon visitor arrival and ensure visitors are escorted to their destination.
    • Maintain accurate visitor logs and Lost & Found records.
    • Housekeep FOH meeting rooms: ensure dongles/adapters, marker pens, flipcharts, and clean whiteboards.
  • Communications and coordination
    • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
    • Coordinate with departments and vendors via Teams/Outlook for service requests.
  • Attendance and reporting
    • Assist in generating attendance reports; ensure data accuracy and timely submission.
  • Mail and courier management
    • Open mailbox promptly and sort/distribute mail at the mailroom.
    • Receive hand-delivered couriers and registered mail; notify recipients promptly.
    • Arrange local and international couriers as needed; track and account for shipments.
  • Office supplies and procurement
    • Stock take and manage end-to-end procurement for office operations, including stationery, first-aid supplies, access cards, and dry pantry items.
    • Maintain inventory records and re-order thresholds; liaise with vendors for timely delivery.
  • Permits
    • Handle work permits and lift permits: prepare, submit, track approvals, coordinate with landlord/contractors, and file documents per building procedures.
  • Utilities and billing
    • Handle utilities billing related to aircond extensions and water: verify charges, obtain approvals per LoA, submit for payment, and maintain audit-ready records.
  • Compliance and records
    • Maintain daily logs, checklists, and filing; ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
