  • Support strategic communication initiatives and ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
  • Draft, edit, and distribute internal announcements, updates, and external communication materials.
  • Monitor communication activities and maintain accurate records, reports, and performance tracking.

Operations:

  • Assist in the coordination and administration of external training programmes conducted throughout the year.
  • Provide operational and administrative support for leadership development and people development initiatives.
  • Manage event registrations, participant communications, logistics, and post-event follow-up activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • 1–2 years of experience in communications, marketing, operations, events, administration, or related fields is an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable managing social media platforms and digital communication tools.
  • Tech-savvy and confident learning new systems and creative tools.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and willing to take ownership of tasks.
  • A team player who enjoys working with people and contributing ideas.

WHY JOIN US?

  • Direct mentorship and exposure working alongside senior leadership.
  • Opportunity to be involved in leadership development, training, communications, and organisational growth initiatives.
  • Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
  • A role with variety, learning opportunities, and room for professional growth.
  • We love coffee and food! :)
