Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Batu Pahat, for a Production Supervisor. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production operations by managing schedules, ensuring quality standards, and optimizing workflow efficiencies. Responsibilities include supervising production teams, coordinating production planning, managing resources, and ensuring strict adherence to safety and operational protocols.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to lead, guide, and manage production teams effectively.
• Proficiency in creating and managing Production Schedules and Production Planning for smooth operations.
• Effective Communication skills to liaise with different departments and ensure alignment on production goals.
• Experience in Production Management, including optimizing workflows and maintaining quality standards.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced production environments.
• Proficiency in using production-related software and tools is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Production Management, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
• • Able to perform rotation shift work (7am - 7pm or 7pm – 7am)
