Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

IT Operations & User Support

• Act as first point of contact for IT service requests and incidents.

• Perform basic troubleshooting for common user issues (access, applications, devices).

• Support onboarding and offboarding activities by following provided SOPs and checklists.

• Coordinate with team and vendors for issue resolution.

• Update IT service desk tickets and operational records.

IT Administration & Finance Support

• Track IT invoices, payment status, and chargebacks using defined templates orsystems.

• Coordinate with Finance and vendors on billing follow-ups.

• Maintain IT administrative records for audit and compliance purposes.

• Operate automated admin workflows (e.g. reminders, status updates, reports).

SharePoint Online – Site Build & Operations

• Create new SharePoint Online sites (communication or team sites) based on provided standards and examples.

• Set up document libraries, lists, pages, navigation, and access permissions.

• Maintain SharePoint site content, permissions, and basic settings.

• Support users with basic SharePoint usage and content organization.

Power Automate – Workflow Implementation

• Create new Power Automate workflows by adapting existing flows or approvedpatterns.

• Build simple automations linked to SharePoint (notifications, approvals,reminders).

• Modify and enhance existing workflows.

• Perform basic testing and documentation of workflows.

Cybersecurity Awareness

• Follow security best practices when handling systems and data.

• Escalate suspected phishing or security incidents.

• Support basic security enforcement activities as instructed.

Assist with ad‑hoc IT‑related tasks or improvement initiatives that support IT operations and internal process automation, as required.

Requirements

• Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint Online).

• Hands-on exposure to:

o Creating SharePoint sites, libraries, or pages

o Building or modifying simple Power Automate workflows

• Able to follow SOPs, templates, and technical instructions accurately.

• Good documentation and communication skills.

• Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders from diverse cultural and country backgrounds across APAC.

• Ability to travel within Asia Pacific as required for regional projects and subsidiary support.
