What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, automated flows, and promotions

• Manage social media content and ads (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to grow brand awareness and engagement

• Maintain and update website content, banners, and product listings

• Oversee daily e-commerce operations across platforms (e.g. Lazada, Shopee), including campaigns and store performance

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations

• Analyse performance data and optimise campaigns for better results

• Support customer enquiries, order fulfilment, and operational processes

• Use digital tools and AI to enhance marketing efficiency and content creation

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital marketing or e-commerce

• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills

• Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

• Proactive, hands-on, and results-driven
