Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order processing, including receiving, verifying, and entering customer orders accurately into the system to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding delivery arrangements, shipment status, and related inquiries; proactively update customers on any changes or delays to ensure smooth communication.
• Support daily operations with various ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned by supervisors, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Secondary School / ITE or higher.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in order processing, logistics, documentation, or customer service roles.
• Basic knowledge of import/export procedures and trade documentation is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Proactive attitude and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
