Manpower Singapore Hiring! Full Time Senior Analyst - Contract in - Ricebowl

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Analyst, to join a high-impact global team. This role sits at the intersection of finance, data, and product operations, driving data-driven insights and operational excellence in product costing. You will play a key role in managing costing operations, supporting financial and product data workflows, and delivering actionable analytics that influence business decisions across regions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end costing and quote operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Partner with regional costing teams and factory partners to resolve FOB discrepancies and tooling cost issues
• Support data migration initiatives (e.g., Snowflake to Databricks) and rebuild reporting dashboards
• Develop and deliver KPI scorecards, cost analytics, and business reports
• Analyse complex datasets and translate them into clear, actionable insights
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Product, Engineering, and Margin Planning teams
• Drive continuous improvement in costing processes and reporting efficiency

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in finance, costing, manufacturing, product development, or similar
• Analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex data into business insights
• Hands-on experience with data tools such as:
  • SQL, Python
  • Snowflake, Databricks
  • Tableau or equivalent BI tools
• Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities
• Exposure to or interest in AI-driven solutions is a plus
• A proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

• 12 months contract
• Location: Mapletree Business City
• Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
