Role Description The Sales Administrator is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth, efficient sales operations. On a day-to-day basis, this role will manage order processing from quotation to completion, maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation, and assist with preparing proposals, presentations, and reports. The Sales Administrator will respond to customer inquiries, coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, and help track leads, opportunities, and sales performance using CRM tools. This role will also support scheduling meetings and demos, organizing sales materials, and contributing to process improvements that enhance the overall customer and sales team experience.

  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to manage inquiries, build rapport, and support internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Order Processing and Sales support, including managing quotes, orders, and tracking sales activities in CRM or similar systems.
  • Experience in Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, documentation, data entry, and organizing sales-related information.
  • Comfort with remote collaboration tools and basic proficiency in office productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, documents, email, and presentation tools).
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Prior experience in a sales support or sales operations role is preferred; experience in tech, SaaS, or AI-driven solutions is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while contributing effectively to a distributed team.
