Responsibilities
The Programmes Intern (full-time, hybrid in Singapore) will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of youth-focused career exposure initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with programme design, preparing materials, coordinating logistics with schools and partners, and helping to run both in-person and virtual sessions. The intern will communicate regularly with students, volunteers, and corporate partners, respond to enquiries, and provide on-the-ground support during events. The role also involves tracking attendance and feedback, maintaining databases, and supporting basic monitoring and evaluation tasks. This is a hybrid role based in Singapore, with a combination of on-site activities and work-from-home tasks as required by programme needs.
