岗位职责
Responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and coordinating local and imported materials, packaging, consumables, and services to ensure uninterrupted operations while achieving cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• Source and evaluate local and overseas suppliers for raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and services.
• Obtain quotations, perform price comparisons, and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and monitor order fulfillment.
• Maintain approved supplier list and supplier database.
• Conduct supplier performance evaluation on quality, cost, and delivery.
• Coordinate import shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping agents, and customs brokers.
• Monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Verify import documentation including:
• Develop strong relationships with suppliers locally and internationally.
• Handle supplier complaints, quality issues, and corrective actions.
• Conduct supplier audits and performance reviews where necessary.
• Ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies and ISO/GDPMD/ISO 13485 requirements.
• Maintain complete procurement records and documentation.
• Support audits by providing purchasing-related records and evidence.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Purchasing, or related field.
• 2–5 years experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Import/Export Coordination.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience handling overseas suppliers and import shipments is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation and cost management skills.
• Knowledge of import procedures and shipping documentation.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in ERP systems (ERPNext preferred) and Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
