QUALIFICATIONS (what you need to have)

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in TESOL, Curriculum Design or another related field
• Strong proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, written and spoken
• Background in curriculum design/development — formal studies and/or professional experience
• Experience in English language teaching, preferably within the MY education context with familiarity with examination requirements
• Demonstrated experience in creating and/or managing online education platforms, LMS, or ed-tech products
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace, AI tools and digital communication tools

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS (what you need to be able to do)

• Translate educational strategy into operational execution — from lesson design to partnerships to impact measurement
• Collaborate across tech, marketing, and education teams
• Lead outreach, school engagement, and community partnerships
• Work in a development-stage environment where the role evolves as the project scales

REQUIREMENTS (logistics)

• Based in-person at edu head office
• Able and willing to travel independently to B40 and Orang Asli communities across Malaysia, including rural areas
