Jobscope:

• Providing administrative support to director
• Oversee the business support team across different entities/subsidiaries
• Streamline the SOPs/processes for the different entities
• Preparation of all management reports (Sales figures, Operations statistics etc)
• Preparation of Delivery Schedule
• Vetting through all official contracts
• Support in HR Matters
• Check and ensure the new items created are in order
• And any other work as may be allocated at the discretion of the Management

Requirements:

· Min Degree/Diploma

· Min 5 years of relevant experience

· Willing to work under fast paced environment

· Must be meticulous with work

· Able to speak fluent English
