Primary Responsibilities
Ensures the highest standard of presentation and hygiene of the spa at all times.
Ensures the assigned therapy rooms are up to standard, including presentation and stock control.
Performs all therapy treatments and adheres to all treatment and client-care procedures.
Assists in the sales of treatment packages and retail products.
Assists in all spa workshops and ensures the smooth running of such events.
Ensures maintenance of the facilities and equipment in the rooms is well attended to.
Assists in monitoring linen inventory, ensuring they are well-stocked and cleanliness is up to standard.
Stays updated on all spa promotions.
Delivers services according to required spa standards through constant training and upgrading of skills.
Adheres to grooming and hygiene standards set by the Hotel.
Exercises responsible behavior at all times to uphold the image and reputation of the Pan Pacific Hotels Group, the Hotel, and the department.
Complies with all relevant Workplace Safety & Health practices and maintains a safe workplace for all associates.
Ensures that the Hotel’s properties and facilities are protected and kept in good working condition, reporting any loss or damage promptly.
Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
We are looking for a Spa Therapist with a passion for wellness and guest care. You should possess a valid license or certificate in massage-related services (e.g. CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, WSQ qualifications) and have at least 1 year of experience as a Spa Therapist or in an equivalent role.
