Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team in Singapore. This on-site role involves overseeing daily operations, leading and motivating team members, managing inventory, and ensuring a high standard of customer experience. The Assistant Manager will also assist in implementing operational procedures, staff training, and maintaining alignment with the company’s mission of delivering world-class plant-based dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage day-to-day operations, including inventory control and scheduling
• Experience in customer service and upholding high standards of guest satisfaction
• Ability to train, mentor, and motivate team members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
• Understanding of health-conscious or plant-based cuisine is an advantage
• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field
