Responsibilities
Role Purpose
The Store Manager acts as the day-to-day business owner, partnering with the Retail Operations Manager/Multi-Store Manager to execute brand strategy at store level, while managing operations and people to support broader brand growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
A. Sales & Customer Experience:
· Drive store-level sales performance and achievements of targets;
· Execute brand initiatives and strategies effectively at store level;
· Deliver exceptional customer service while uploading the brand’s luxury image.
B. Store Operations:
· Ensure full compliance with SOP, including VM and cash handling;
· Maintain high standards of store cleanliness;
· Ensure VM is executed in line with brand guidelines.
C. Inventory Management & Reporting:
· Oversee stock management and inventory accuracy;
· Conduct regular stock counts;
· Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies in a timely manner;
· Ensure accurate and timely submission of required reports.
D. Compliance & Development:
· Adhere to company policies, procedures and compliance standards;
· Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively;
· Continuously enhance product knowledge to support sales and customer engagement.
Key Requirements:
· Minimum 5-6 years of experience in fashion retail, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
· Strong sales acumen and operational capability, including inventory control, merchandising, and store performance.
· Excellent customer service and clienteling skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
