Patient Care Executive

What You'll Do
• Assist patients throughout their appointments and follow-ups
• Coordinate appointments and patient communications
• Support patients with enquiries and administrative matters
• Ensure a smooth and positive patient experience
• Work closely with our clinical team
Requirements
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia (required)
• Mandarin and/or Tamil speakers are preferred
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Candidates with at least 1 year of working experience will have an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Caring, responsible, and willing to learn
