Administration

  • Ensure that the operations in the administrative office are always running smoothly
  • Ensure that the administrative office is always clean, tidy and orderly
  • Ensure all office equipment is safe and usable
  • All equipment and facilities of the company are used properly and controlled
  • Ensure water, electricity and telephone usage are controlled
  • Ensure that all administrative records are kept in good condition, tidy and organized
  • Ensure administrative precedents are complied with
  • Assist in the preparation of forms used by each department and ensure that the forms have been adequately prepared
  • Assist in ensuring that the information required by the customer can be channeled as fast as possible
  • Assist in the preparation of documents related to the renewal of new contracts/ contacts for security companies as well as other related matters


Other Duties

  • Assist in reviewing and preparing Operation & Maintenance report monthly
  • Assist in the preparation of documents to be audited by DOSH
  • Assist in the preparation of documents for renewal of diesel storage license, air compressor, road tax for company vehicles and renewal of fire extinguishers
  • Assist in the preparation of ISO 14001: 2015 audit and ISO 9001 audit
  • Perform any other tasks or assignments as and when assigned by the Management



Job Specifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or equivalen
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in project management or project operations. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as wel
  • Meticulous and systematic in organizing own work processe
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with sharp analytical and evaluation abilitie
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Bahasa Malaysi
  • Able to work with minimum supervision and meet deadline
  • Able to work in TTDI, Kuala Lumpur
