Teaching Mode

Online Distance Learning (ODL). However, the lecturer must be present at PJ office.

Job Description:

• Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions.
• Develop and update course materials aligned with industry standards.
• Mentor and support students in academic and career development.
• Participate in curriculum design and quality assurance initiatives.
• Conduct applied research and attend professional development activities.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to departmental activities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s Degree in a relevant field (required).
• Minimum 5 years of teaching or relevant industry experience.
• Strong background in curriculum design, academic governance, accreditation, or programme management.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends and ability to integrate real‑world applications into teaching.
• Digital proficiency with LMS platforms and online teaching tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree and substantial industry experience may be considered.
