The candidate will work in at least three areas of law during his/her two-year training programme and typically spend six months in four different departments. The candidate will assist with legal research, drafting legal documents, reviewing and comparing documents, due diligence, attending meetings with clients, and other matters relating to corporate transactional legal work.
