Job Description

Riviera Prawning is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Operations & Business Development Manager to oversee daily operations and support business growth initiatives across our entertainment, F&B and leisure operations.

The successful candidate will play a key role in improving operational efficiency, driving customer engagement, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting future business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the prawning, dining and entertainment facilities.
• Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements.
• Analyse sales performance, customer traffic and business trends.
• Develop and execute business growth strategies.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, event organisers and partners.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and business planning activities.
• Prepare operational and management reports.
• Work closely with management to identify new revenue opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations, business development or hospitality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
