Schedule: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 5-day work week
Full-time, long-term opportunity
Key Responsibilities
Handle enquiries across WhatsApp, email, and phone channels
Guide parents and students in selecting suitable programmes
Manage student sign-ups and keep enrolment data up to date
Organise class timetables and coordinate with trainers
Track registration patterns and support planning decisions
Who we're looking for
1–2 years of experience in administrative support, customer-facing roles, or communications
Prior exposure to education or course enrolment processes is advantageous
