As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Executive to join our team and support our daily operations.

Job Summary:
The Administrative Executive will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily administrative functions. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual who can manage a variety of administrative tasks, assist senior management, and ensure efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General Administrative Support:Provide administrative support to senior management and team members, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
    Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  • Office Management:Oversee office supplies, equipment, and maintain an organized office environment.
    Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with vendors and service providers for office-related needs.
  • Client and Stakeholder Coordination:Assist in managing client relationships by handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the advisory team.
    Support event planning, including coordinating logistics for meetings, conferences, and other company events.
  • Document and Data Management:Maintain accurate filing systems for physical and digital documents, ensuring all client and company records are organized and easily accessible.
    Assist in maintaining and updating the company’s internal database.
  • Communication and Correspondence:Serve as the first point of contact for phone calls and emails, ensuring inquiries are routed to the appropriate team members.
    Draft and send internal and external communications, including emails, memos, and reports.
  • Administrative Project Support:Assist in the execution of special projects and initiatives led by management, providing administrative assistance as needed.
    Track project progress, prepare reports, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Compliance and Confidentiality:Ensure that all administrative processes align with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements, maintaining confidentiality in all tasks.
